REFUND & EXCHNAGE

In store & online purchase orders have 10 days for return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise. Store credit or exchange only. No refunds. Store credit will be issued on a gift card for in-store & online purchases!!

All discounted / sale items are final. No exceptions! Additional non-returnable items include: seasonings, food items, jewelry & perfume.

The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 
If shipping item back, please reach out to let us know if item if an exchange or credit, simply ship your item to:

Please include the packing slip with your return. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order immediately once receiving and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Once items have been washed, worn or carried we are not liable for any damages. Example: Pin holes in shirts, rips, tears, discoloration. This also includes our bags, purses and backpacks.
